Description
Coil cutting machine is an automated process that unwinds metal coils (such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and galvanized steel) to a set length, flattens them, and cuts them to length, ultimately producing flat sheets.
It primarily consists of: a loading trolley → an uncoiler → a leveler → a feeder → a shearing machine → a conveyor → a stacking system.
